(Lahore) Shahzad Ashraf, a Qadiani, disguised his religion as a Muslim and married a Muslim girl, Hina Saeed, about ten years ago.
A few years after the marriage, Shahzad Ashraf Qadiani put severe pressure on Hina Saeed to become a Qadiani and tried to forcibly convert her. Shahzad Ashraf Qadiani, apart from threatening serious consequences for Hina Saeed’s continuous refusal, also made the indecent photos of Hina Saeed viral on social media.
After this incident, an application was filed by Hina Saeed against Shehzad Ashraf Qadiani in the Cybercrime Police Station, on which, on 24/4/21 , Shahzad Ashraf Qadiani was arrested after registering an FIR. 493 against the accused in the FIR . A, 419 and Sections 20, 21 and 24 of Cybercrime have been added.
Later, the bail application of the accused Shahzad Ashraf Qadiani was dismissed by the Lahore Sessions Court on 7/5/21 and by the Lahore High Court on 22/6/21.

It should be noted that the accused Shahzad Ashraf Qadiani is also a close relative of Zafarullah Qadiani, an active member of the Qadiani Jamaat.
Talking to the media , Hina Saeed has said that on the instructions of Mirza Masroor, the head of the Qadiani Jamaat, the Qadianis have adopted this new method of preaching by tricking the bodies of Muslim girls into marriage and later blackmailing them. It includes making them Qadiani

Hina Saeed said that in order to protect Muslim girls from this trap of Qadianis, Qadiani should be clearly written in the identity card of Qadianis so that the life of a Muslim girl cannot be destroyed in the future and such incidents can also be avoided. The government should consider this issue and make appropriate legislation.
The plaintiff further says that the accused Shahzad Ashraf Qadiani’s relationship with various criminals poses a serious threat to the life of the plaintiff. The police are not arresting the other named accused in this matter.
I appeal to the government and institutions to prevent the concerned police station officers and other staff from influencing this matter and also provide me protection.
