Questions

Qadianis and their followers are infidels, and that is our belief, but please clarify why they are called apostates? I have a friend who says it doesn’t make sense to call Qadianis apostates!

Answers

Qadianis, while holding heretical beliefs, try to present themselves as Muslims and label Muslims as non-believers. They promote their religion under the guise of Islam, trying to misrepresent their heretical beliefs with false interpretations to make them seem Islamic. Such individuals are referred to as “Zindik” in Sharia terminology. The disbelief of a Zindik is of the utmost severity; the entire Muslim community unanimously regards Qadianis as the worst kind of non-believers, labeling them as “Zindik” and “Kafir Muharib.” Even if a hundred generations of Qadianis pass, they will still be judged as Zindik and apostate, not just ordinary non-believers, because their crime—calling disbelief Islam and Islam disbelief—will continue to be found in their future generations.

The ruling for all Qadianis, whether they have left Islam and become apostates or were born into Qadiani families and inherited this disbelief, is the same: they are considered apostates and heretics. Their crime isn’t just that they have left Islam to become non-believers, but that they call the religion of Islam disbelief and label their own religion of disbelief as Islam. This crime is found in every Qadiani. However, if they admit that they are non-Muslim, then their ruling would also change.

It should also be noted that the consensus among all schools of thought is that engaging in buying and selling, trade, financial transactions, greeting, socializing, sharing meals, participating in weddings and funerals, offering condolences, visiting the sick, and cooperating with Qadianis/Mirzais is strictly forbidden and prohibited by Islamic law.

Completely boycotting Qadianis is a significant means of bringing them to repentance and a major source of their reform and guidance, and it is the foremost religious duty of every Muslim, as well as a sign of love for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Therefore, having any relations with a Mirzai is not permissible. And Allah knows best.
