Question

My nephew is doing solar work in the house of a Mirzai Qadiani, in Chinyut sometimes tea comes to his office during meeting so he drinks it, is it halal for him or not? They are doing the work through a contractor.

Answer

There is no reason why tea itself should be forbidden in the case of responsibility, but the Qadiani scholars are the worst kind of atheists and heretics, and they deceive the faith of simple Muslims by acting as Dajjal and deception, so they are in league with them. Intercourse, affairs, employment, eating at their feasts, and working at their houses etc. are all prohibited, so the nephews of the questioner must refrain from working with them and from eating and drinking with them.

Sufficiency is in Mufti:

“If you want to keep the religion safe from fitna, then you should cut ties (with the Qadianis), to have relations with them, to mix with them, which has an effect on the religion and beliefs, is not permissible.”

(C: 1, p: 365, I: Dar al-Sha’at)

Mufti Rasheed Ahmad Ludhianwi, may Allah have mercy on him, writes in Ahsan al-Fatawi in response to a question:

“A person who is bound to fast the Salat, but has relations with the Qadiani Jamaat, even if he considers them good from his heart, then he is an apostate and is undoubtedly worse than a pig, it is not permissible to have relations with him. If he donates for the mosque, it is not permissible to accept it. And if he does not agree with the beliefs of the Qadianis and does not consider them good, but only relates to them to the extent of worldly affairs such as trade, then this person is not an apostate, but a very serious criminal and transgressor. Qadianis are zandiqs whose order is even stricter than common apostates, the apostate and his son are not the owners of their property, so their sale, lease, lease, gift transaction, etc. are not valid. If he has earned the wealth himself, he can dispose of it, but the grandson of Zandiq is not the owner of his earned property and his disposal is not enforced, therefore, if he takes any property from Qadiani from any source, it is not halal. Apart from this, it is not permissible to have any kind of association with the Qadianis. There are these disadvantages in it: There is cooperation with the Qadianis, in such matters the people start to consider the Qadianis as a sect of Muslims, in this way the Qadianis get opportunities to spread their net, so transactions with the Qadianis and other In all kinds of matters, it is necessary to have a clear relationship. A person who has a relationship with them is reprehensible even if he considers them bad. It is the duty of other Muslims to explain such a person, and Allah knows best.

(Kitab al-Iman wal-Aqeed, ruling on belonging to the Qadianis, Vol. 1, p. 46, T: Saeed)

In Akfar al-Muhidin is:

Second: The consensus of the nation on declaring as an unbeliever whoever contradicts the religion that is known by necessity.

(Collection of Kashmiri’s Letters, Vol. 3, p. 81, Edition: Qur’an Administration)

Al-Maswi is in Sharh al-Mu’ta:

“If he acknowledges it, that is, the truth, outwardly, but interprets some of what is necessarily established in the religion in a way that is contrary to what the Companions and Followers interpreted and the nation agreed upon, then he is a heretic.”

(C:, p: 13, I: Rahimiya Delhi)
