Question

My brother-in-law married a girl who converted from Islam to Qadiyaniism for her first marriage and became a Qadiyani of her own accord. She was in a marital relationship with her first Qadiyani husband for thirteen years, and they have a daughter together. Then this girl fell in love with my brother-in-law on Facebook and ran away to marry him, leaving her first husband behind. However, she didn’t reveal anything truthful about herself—that she was married, a mother, and had converted to Qadiyaniism. A few days after the marriage, her first husband informed us of all this, providing evidence as well. Now, please advise me: my brother-in-law gave her three verbal divorces and also three divorces in writing after that, but on the last day of the third month after the divorce, they started living together again without any waiting period or halala, and now they are expecting a child.

My question is, is my brother-in-law’s marriage with this Qadian girl permissible? And is it permissible even after divorce? Because when my brother-in-law divorced this woman, she went back to her first Qadian husband. She spent three months in his house and then came back to my brother-in-law. She did not convert to Islam at the time of marriage; Because he got married by hiding all the facts. Please guide me!

Answer

Qadianis are heretics and apostates, it is forbidden for a Muslim to marry their men and women, if a Muslim boy has married a Qadiani girl, then according to Sharia, that marriage has not taken place. Living with a Qadian girl is forbidden; Therefore, the marriage of the Muslim boy to the Qadian girl was not performed in the case of Masala; Therefore, it is not permissible for both of them to live as husband and wife and they should be separated immediately, otherwise they should be boycotted. The fatwa is in Syriac:

“(And it is not) permissible (to marry an apostate or an apostate) from any person absolutely (saying: absolutely) that is, a Muslim, an infidel, or an apostate.”
