After the War of Independence in 1857, Christian missionaries invaded the subcontinent and tried their best to convert Muslims in almost every region. “لِکُلِّ فِرْعَوْنٍ مُوْسٰی” Allah Ta’ala created many of his popular servants to protect his religion. Like Maulana Rehmatullah Kiranwi, he became the star of the eyes of the Muslims of the subcontinent as a result of his unforgettable and mujahidan services. Seeing this, Mirza Qadiani, the famous false prophet of Prophethood, announced that he would write 50 books in support of Islam, which would contain more than 300 arguments, and no Christian would dare to answer them, lakhs of rupees were collected from people for this work and then all the money was digested. Muslim preachers used to discuss Christian beliefs in the light of Quran and Bible, while Mirza Qadiani gave predictions and death threats instead of scientific discussions. So that he gets cheap fame. A similar incident happened with a well-known Christian scholar, Mr. Abdullah Atham. A debate was held between Mirza Qadiani and the Christian scholar Abdullah Atham in the city of Amritsar. The debate was held at Dr. Martin Clarke’s residence in Amritsar. Mirza Qadiani’s assistants were Hakeem Nuruddin, Maulvi Ahsan Amrohi and Sheikhullah Dutta while Pastor Thakur Das, Pastor Tomas Hyvel and Dr. Martin Clarke were assistants to Abdullah Atham.
The subject of the debate was “The Divinity of Christ”. Both sides debated for about 15 days from May 22, 1893 to June 5, 1893. Mirza Qadiani was badly defeated in this debate. The reverse effect of this debate was that Munshi Muhammad Ismail became the organizer of the debate, Muhammad Yusuf Mirzai the secretary of the debate and the cousin of Mirza Qadiani’s wife Mir Muhammad Saeed became christian. In order to overcome his fear, he made a prediction in front of all the people on the last day of the debate on June 5, 1893 and attributed it to Allah Ta’ala as usual. Mirza Qadiani said:
(1) “He has given me this sign as tidings, that of the two parties in this debate, the party which is deliberately adopting falsehood and forsaking the true God, and making the lowly man God, He will be thrown into Hawiyah on the same day, taking one month per day, i.e. for 15 months and he will be severely humiliated unless he turns to the truth and whoever is on the truth and believes in the true God will be honored by it and when this prophecy comes to light. Some of the blind will be blinded and some of the lame will walk and some of the deaf will hear.”

According to Mirza Qadiani, what is meant by falling in Hawiya? In this regard, Mirza Qadiani writes:
“بشرنی ربی بعد دعوتی بموتہ الی خمسۃ عشرا شھر من یوم خاتمہ البحث۔” (2)
Translation: “After my prayer, my Lord has given me the good news that Atham Khatam will die within fifteen months from the day of debate.”

After that the ongoing debate between Mirza Qadiani and Mr. Atham ended. Mirza Qadiani said more:
(3) “I was wondering why I agreed to come to this discussion. Other people also have petty arguments. Now the fact that it was for this sign was revealed. I confess at this time that if this prediction turns out to be false, i.e., the party who is lying to God Almighty, does not fall under the penalty of death within a period of fifteen months from today’s date, then I will bear the punishment for each and every one of them. Be ready, let me be humiliated. Let me be disgrace. Put a rope around my neck. Let me be hanged. Ready for anything and I swear by Allah Jal Shana that he will definitely do the same. Will definitely do. Will definitely do. The earth and the sky may depart, but his words will not depart.”

(4) Mirza Qadiani said more: “Now what more can I write than this when Allah Almighty has already decided. Now there is no place for unrighteous laughter. If I am a liar, prepare the stake for me and curse me above all the devils and evildoers and the cursed.”

Mirza Qadiani had predicted that Atham would die by September 5, 1894, he also took an oath. And he said this with great emphasis and confidence that it will continue to happen, God’s word cannot be avoided. But when this news was from Allah, then what was the need for Mirza Qadiani to be afraid and panic himself. Lies do not have legs. As the days passed, Mirza Qadiani and his devotees became more and more anxious, nervous and depressed. Even though there was only one day left for the due date, Atham was fine. Mirza Qadiani started chanting for Atham’s death. In this regard, see the confession of Mirza Qadiani’s son Mirza Bashir Ahmad MA:
(5) “Did Mian Abdullah Saheb Sunuri tell me that when only one day was left in the month of Atham, the Promised Messiah said to me and to the late Mian Hamid Ali, take so many chickpeas (I don’t remember how many chickpeas you mentioned) and recite the wazifa of such and such surah on them (I don’t even remember the number of wazifa). Mian Abdullah Sahib states that I do not remember that Surah, but I remember that it was a small Surah like الم ترکیف فعل ربک باصحاب الفیل is. And we finished this wazifa by spending almost the whole night. After the end of the wazifa, we took those grains to Hazrat Sahib because he had said to bring these grains to me after the end of the wazifa. After that, Hazrat Sahib took both of us out of Qadian, probably towards the north, and said that these grains will be poured into an uninhabited well, and he said that when I throw the grain into the well, we should all turn away and return with haste, and should not look back. So Hazrat Sahib threw these grains in an uninhabited well and then quickly turned away and returned back with speed. And we also hurried back with you and no one turned back and looked back.”

Mirza Mahmood, the eldest son of Mirza Qadiani, says that on that day there was mourning in our house and wept like women. He said:
(6) “When the last day of Atham’s prediction came, how many anxious prayers were offered. I have never seen so hard mourning of any Mehram.
On the third side, some young people (whose actions were later criticized) where Hazrat Khalifa used to give sermons and now Maulvi Qutbuddin Sahib sits, there they gathered, and as women do mourn. Thus they began to mourn. Their screams could be heard for hundreds of yards and on the tongue of each of them this prayer continued that Ya Allah Matham will die. Ya Allah Matham will die. But Atham did not die as a result of this crying and moaning.

Readers! Now you decide for yourself, whose house should have been mourned on that day? Mirza Qadiani’s house or Atham’s house? Mirza Qadiani and his followers and family members should have been waiting for the news of Atham’s death with complete satisfaction, but the opposite happened here. Finally, the day of September 5, 1894 passed. Mirza Qadiani and his party could not hide their heads due to shame, humiliation and disgrace. On the morning of 6th September, the Christians took out a large procession, led by Atham, on the false and lie prediction of Mirza Qadiani. They published huge posters. Mirza made an effigy of Qadiani, put shoes on him and hanged him. Some Christians took a rope and “presented” at Mirza Qadiani’s house in Qadian to give him suli, but Mirza Qadiani could not dare to come out of the house. And people were forced to consider Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, in his own words, “more cursed than all the devils and evildoers and the cursed.”
Later, Mirza Qadiani, the leader of the arrogant and shameless, said that God told him that he had respite Atham for some more time, so he did not die in time. Mirza Qadiani wrote that God told me:
اطلع اللّٰہ علٰی ھمہ و غمہ (7)
God Almighty got information about his grief and gave him respite.

Mirza Qadiani’s book “Anwar al-Islam” was written on October 27, 1894, while the prediction period was September 5, 1894. When this period was over, then God (after a month and a half) told Mirza Qadiani that We have given him respite, so he will not die now. If only Mirza Qadiani’s God had told him ahead of time, then the gram would have spoiled and there would have been no mourning in the homes of the Mirzais. Mirza Qadiani has no weight in this matter. Then, about 8 years later (in 1902), Mirza Qadiani, to cover his humiliation, raised the strange point that Atham had appealed to the same assembly (June 5, 1893). The question arises that if Atham had turned to the same assembly, then what was the need for Mirza Qadiani to predict, preach, mourn and worry? Further, it will not be without interest to study the absurd logic of Master Qadir Bakhsh, a certain devotee of Mirza Qadiani. This will give you a good idea of the quality of Qadiani understanding.
(8) “September 5, 1894, the day when the prophecy of Abdullah Atham was awaited to be fulfilled. He (Master Qadir Bakhsh Sahib) were in Qadian that today the sun will not set and Atham will die. But when the sun went down, people’s hearts began to flutter. He (i.e. Master Qadir Bakhsh Sahib) used to say that at that time I had no fear, yes, there was definitely worry and surprise, but when the Holy Prophet gave a speech and told the reality of the trials, the President was born in good health and in peace and faith was renewed. (Master Qadir Bakhsh Sahib) used to say that I went to Amritsar and saw Abdullah Atham myself, christians used to carry him in a car with great fanfare in the markets. But seeing it, it was understood that it was actually dead. And this is just his funeral. Which they go for. If not today, he will die tomorrow.”

Readers: Once again, let’s review the inspired prophecy of Mirza Qadiani:
1. Mirza Qadiani said on June 5, 1893 that the one who is false in Me and Atham, will fall in Hawiya within 15 months, that is, he will die.
2. When the prophecy is fulfilled, some of the blind will see and some of the lame will walk and some of the deaf will hear.
3. Mirza Qadiani said that if this does not happen, I should be humiliated! Let me cry black! Put a rope around my neck! Let me be hanged!
4. Mirza Qadiani said, “If I am a liar, then prepare a court for me and curse me more than all the devils and evil-doers and the cursed.
5. A day before the expiration of the prediction, a cloud of anxiety and panic came over Qadian. Mirza Qadiani along with his devotees continued to carry out subversive operations. According to Mirza Mahmood, mourning was going on in the houses. People raised the sky above their heads with their shouts.
Readers: Mirza Qadiani’s prediction about Atham turned out to be 100% false. Thus he turned out to be a liar himself and was declared more cursed than the cursed. This decision is his own.
