Assalam-O-Alaikum! I am Dr. Hassan Rana from KTV official.
We repeatedly inform our viewers on television about how the Qadiani community and its members not only violate the Constitution and laws of Pakistan but do so openly. According to Pakistani law, Qadianis cannot present themselves as Muslims. They cannot promote their religion, which is based on heretical beliefs. They cannot, in any way, present themselves as Muslims.
Additionally, they cannot use any Islamic symbols. They cannot build their places of worship in the form of a mosque. They cannot construct domes, prayer niches, or minarets. Moreover, since their cemeteries are separate, no Islamic symbols can be inscribed on their graves.
We are currently in an area called Roda in the Jhelum district, and this is a Qadiani cemetery. We will show you how the Qadiani community and its members are deliberately violating the law openly. There are several graves here where Qadianis are openly using Islamic symbols.
Now what will happen is that the Muslims here will request the administration to protect Islamic symbols and remove Islamic symbols from Qadiani graves. Then, when the law comes into action, we see that the Qadiani community or its members defame Pakistan on an international level, claiming that even our graves are not safe, and that the plaques on our graves have been destroyed. So, illegal things are removed; that is the demand of the law.
Let’s show you how the Qadianis have violated the law. Now look, this is a grave and it has “Sahib Khatun” written on it, along with “Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim” above it. Then come along with me; see that this is a grave of some Sardar Bibi, and “Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim” is also written on it. Now come here, look at this grave belonging to a person named Mumtaz who is a Qadiani, and on his grave, “Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim” is written along with “La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah,” and “Ya Allah Ya Muhammad” is also written here, all of which are Islamic symbols.
Then if you come further, I will show you that “Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim” is also written there. There are graves behind as well, and there is also a Kalima written on it. There are several such graves here. Now the question arises, why is the administration of District Khushab asleep? There is a question mark over the administration of District Khushab as to why they are not implementing the law.
Why are Qadianis not being held accountable to the constitution and the law here? We have seen that some graves have Islamic symbols preserved on them, others have had Islamic symbols removed, but most of the graves still have Islamic symbols present. This is the main road, and traffic passes over it; people travel here, and there is no boundary wall around it.
It would generally be understood that this is also a Muslim cemetery. The Qadianis are deceiving and committing fraud, misrepresenting that these are Muslim graves, and we will look into this. We have representatives from the local Khatm-e-Nabuwwat organization with us, and officials from the International Council for the Protection of Khatm-e-Nabuwwat are also present. Let’s find out from them what their thoughts are regarding the illegal situation created by the illegal activities of the Qadianis.
With us at this time is Mufti Umar Daraz Hussain, who is responsible for the Road Committee of the International Committee for the Protection of the Finality of Prophethood. Let’s ask him about the illegal activities of the Qadianis taking place here and the illegal use they have made of Islamic symbols. MashaAllah, many of our colleagues have submitted requests, so the administration occasionally sends a police vehicle. They do some work and then leave, but they have not done anything permanent; they have not secured any of the signs, nor have they secured any of the symbols of Islam; it has not been completely ended yet.

So what do you think, and what is your demand from the administration regarding the illegal activities of the Qadianis? Should there be a ban on them and should those involved be arrested?

Yes! Our demand from the administration has always been the same, and today I am making the same demand that all the signs on which Islamic symbols are inscribed should be secured. Since Qadianis are infidels, they cannot use Islamic symbols; they do not have the right to do so. And it is the right of our administration to cooperate with us, to cooperate with Islam. They should compel the Mirzais to stop or come and remove them themselves, because they do not have the right to use our Islamic symbols.

Yes, as Mufti Sahib has said, the administration should immediately ensure the rule of law and secure these Islamic symbols from here, and the Qadianis should be bound by the law and constitution here in Khushab district. I want to highlight a very important point here that we hope the administration will take immediate action and secure all the Islamic symbols here.
When these Islamic symbols are secured, the Qadiani community will propagate against Pakistan, fulfill Indian intentions, and tarnish Pakistan’s image regarding the rights of minorities and religious freedom.
I want to send this message to the Qadiani community: stop violating the constitution and the law. The evidence is before you; all Muslims are watching how you have trampled on the law. The administration must immediately ensure the rule of law.

ناظرین کے ٹی وی پر ہم اپ کو بارہا بتاتے رہتے ہیں کہ کس طریقے سے قادیانی جماعت کو اور اس کے جو ممبرز ہیں پاکستان کے ائن اور قانون کو نہ صرف توڑتے ہیں بلکہ ڈنکے کی چوٹ پر اس کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہیں۔ پاکستان کے قانون کے مطابق قادیانی اپنے اپ کو مسلمان ظاہر نہیں کر سکتے۔ کفریہ عقائد پر مبنی اپنے مذہب کی تبلیغ نہیں کر سکتے۔ اپنے اپ کو کسی بھی طور پر مسلمان ظاہر نہیں کر سکتے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ کوئی بھی اسلامی شعائر استعمال نہیں کر سکتے۔ اپنی عبادت گاہ کو مسجد کی شکل پر نہیں بنا سکتے۔ گنبد، محراب اور مینار کچھ بھی نہیں بنا سکتے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ جو ان کی قبریں ہیں چونکہ ان کے قبرستان علیحدہ ہوتے ہیں تو جو ان کی قبریں ہیں ان کے اوپر بھی کوئی بھی اسلامی شعائر نہیں لکھ سکتے۔
ہم اس وقت ضلع خوشاب میں ایک علاقہ ہے روڈا ، وہاں پر ہم موجود ہیں اور یہ قادیانیوں کا قبرستان ہے، ہم آپ کو دکھائیں گے کہ یہاں کس طریقے سے قادیانی جماعت اور اس کے ممبرز جان بوجھ کر ڈنکے کی چوٹ پر قانون کو توڑ رہے ہیں اور اب یہاں پر کئی قبریں ایسی ہیں جہاں پر قادیانیوں نے کھلم کھلا شعائر اسلامی کا استعمال کیا ہوا ہے۔ اب ہوگا یہ کہ یہاں پر مسلمان جو ہیں وہ انتظامیہ کو درخواست دیں گے کہ شعائر اسلامی کا تحفظ کیا جائے، قادیانی قبروں سے اسلامی شعائر کو ختم کیا جائے تو اس کے بعد جب قانون حرکت میں اتا ہے تو اس کے بعد ہم یہ دیکھتے ہیں کہ قادیانی جماعت جو ہے یا اس کے جو ممبرز ہیں وہ پاکستان کو عالمی سطح پر بدنام کرتے ہیں کہ ہماری جو قبریں ہیں وہ بھی محفوظ نہیں ہیں اور ہماری قبروں کے اوپر سے کتبوں کو توڑ دیا گیا۔ تو غیر قانونی چیز کو ختم کیا جاتا ہے، یہ قانون کا تقاضا ہے۔
ائیے ہم اپ کو دکھاتے ہیں کہ قادیانیوں نے قانون کی کس طرح سے خلاف ورزیاں کی ہوئی ہیں؟ اب اپ یہ دیکھیں کہ یہ ایک قبر ہے اور اس کے اوپر لکھا ہوا ہے صاحب خاتون اور اس کے اوپر بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم لکھا ہوا ہے۔ پھر اس کے ساتھ اپ ا جائیں، اپ دیکھیں کہ یہ کوئی سردار بی بی کی قبر ہے، اس کے اوپر بھی بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم لکھا ہوا ہے۔ پھر اپ ساتھ ا جائیں ،اپ یہاں پر دیکھیں کہ یہ کیسی ممتاز نامی کی خبر ہے اور یہ قادیانی ہے اور اس کی قبر کے اوپر بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم لکھا ہوا ہے اور لا الہ الا اللہ محمد رسول اللہ بھی لکھا ہوا ہے اور یہاں پر یا اللہ یا محمد بھی لکھا ہوا ہے اور یہ سب شعائر اسلامی ہیں۔ پھر اگر اپ اگے بھی ائیں تو میں اپ کو دکھاؤں کہ اور دیکھیں کہ اس کے ساتھ بھی بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم لکھا ہوا ہے۔ پیچھے بھی قبریں ہیں اور اس کے اوپر کلمہ بھی لکھا ہوا ہے۔
یہاں کئی ایسے خبریں ہیں۔ اب یہاں سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ ضلع خوشاب کی جو انتظامیہ ہے وہ اخر کیوں سوئی ہوئی ہے؟ یہاں پر یہ ضلع خوشاب کے جو انتظامیہ ہے ان کےاوپر ایک سوالیہ نشان کھڑا ہوتا ہے کہ وہ قانون کی امپلیمنٹیشن کیوں نہیں کر رہے؟ قادیانیوں کو یہاں پر ائین اور قانون کارپابند کیوں نہیں بنایا جا رہا؟ کچھ قبروں پر ہم نے دیکھا ہے کہ ان پر اسلامی شعائر کو محفوظ کیا گیا ہے، ان پر اسلامی شعائروں کو ہٹایا گیا ہے لیکن زیادہ تر قبریں ایسی ہیں جہاں پر ابھی بھی اسلامی شعائر موجود ہیں۔ اور یہ مین روڈ ہے اور اس کے اوپر سے ٹریفک جاتی ہے، لوگ یہاں پر ٹریول کرتے ہیں اور اس کی کوئی چار دیواری نہیں ہے، عام طور پر یہی سمجھا جائے گا کہ یہ بھی مسلمانوں کا ہی قبرستان ہے۔ اور قادیانی جو ہیں وہ دھوکہ دے رہے ہیں، فراڈ کر رہے ہیں اور مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ دے رہے ہیں کہ یہ بھی مسلمانوں کی ہی قبریں ہیں تو اس پہ ہم جانیں گے۔ یہاں پر ہمارے ساتھ لوکل ختم نبوت تنظیم کے نمائندے موجود ہیں، عالمی مجلس تحفظ ختم نبوت کے ذمہ دار بھی موجود ہیں۔ ائیے ہم ان سے جانتے ہیں کہ اس وقت جو غیر قانونی صورتحال پیدا ہوئی ہوئی ہے، قادیانیوں کی غیر قانونی سرگرمیوں کی، اس کے بارے میں ان کے کیا خیالات ہیں؟
ہمارے ساتھ اس وقت موجود ہیں مفتی عمر دراز حسین صاحب، جو کہ عالمی مجلس تحفظ ختم نبوت کے روڈ ا کے ذمہ دار ہیں، ان سے جانتے ہیں کہ قادیانیوں کی جو غیر قانونی سرگرمی ہے یہاں پر جا رہی ہیں اور غیر قانونی طریقے سے جو انہوں نے اسلامی شعائر کا استعمال کیا ہے، اس کے اوپر انہوں نے کیا درخواست کی ہے انتظامیہ کو اور اگر انہوں نے درخواست دی ہے تو اس پر عمل درامد ابھی تک کیوں نہیں ہو پا رہا؟

ماشاءاللہ ہمارے کافی ساتھیوں نے درخواستیں دی ہوئی ہے تو انتظامیہ کبھی کبھار پولیس کی گاڑی بھیج دیتی ہے۔وہ تھوڑا بہت کام کر کے چلے جاتے ہیں ، مستقل طور پر انہوں نے کوئی کام نہیں کیا،کسی بھی کتبے کو محفوظ نہیں کیا، کسی بھی شعائر اسلام کو محفوظ نہیں کیا ، مکمل طور پر وہ ابھی ختم نہیں کیا۔

تو آپ کیا سمجھتے ہیں اور آپ کا انتظامیہ کے ساتھ کیا مطالبہ ہے کہ قادیانیوں کی جو غیر قانونی سرگرمیوں ہیں اس پر پابندی لگنی چاہیے اور جو اس میں ملوث ہیں ان کی گرفتاری بھی عمل میں آنی چاہیے ؟

جی! بہرحال انتظامیہ سے یہی ہمارا مطالبہ رہا ہے اور آج بھی میں یہ مطالبہ کر رہا ہوں کہ جتنے بھی کتبے جن کے اوپر شعائر اسلام لکھے ہوئے ہیں ان کو محفوظ کرنا چاہیے چونکہ قادیانی کافر شعائر اسلام استعمال نہیں کر سکتے، ان کا یہ حق نہیں بنتا ۔ اور ہماری انتظامیہ کا پورا حق بنتا ہے کہ وہ ہمارے ساتھ تعاون کریں، اسلام کے ساتھ تعاون کریں، ان کو چاہیے کہ وہ مرزائیوں کو خود مجبور کریں یا خود آکر گرائیں کیونکہ ان کا حق نہیں بنتا کہ وہ ہمارے شعائر اسلام میں استعمال کریں۔

جی مفتی صاحب نے جیسے فرمایا کہ انتظامیہ کو چاہیے کہ فوری طور پر قانون کی عملداری کو یقینی بناتے ہوئے ان اسلامی شعائر کو یہاں سے محفوظ کیا جائے اور قادیانیوں کو ائن و قانون کا یہاں روڑا میں ضلع خوشاب میں پابند بنایا جائے۔ میں یہاں پر ایک بہت امپورٹنٹ پوائنٹ ہائی لائٹ کرنا چاہوں گا کہ ہمیں امید ہے انتظامیہ سے کہ وہ فوری طور پر ایکشن لے گی اور یہاں پر جتنے بھی شعائر اسلامی ہیں ان کو محفوظ کیا جائے گا۔ اور جب ان شعائر اسلامی کو محفوظ کیا جائے گا تو قادیانی جماعت پاکستان کے خلاف پروپیگنڈا کرے گی، بھارتی عزائم کی تکمیل کرے گی، پاکستان میں اقلیتوں کے حقوق اور مذہبی آزادی کے حوالے سے پاکستان کو بدنام کیا جائے گا۔
میں قادیانی جماعت کو یہ میسج دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ آپ آئین اور قانون کی خلاف ورزی کرنا بند کریں۔ یہ ثبوت آپ کے سامنے موجود ہیں، تمام مسلمان اس کو دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ آپ لوگوں نے کس طریقے سے قانون کی دھجیاں اڑائی ہوئی ہیں۔ قانون کی عملداری جو ہے انتظامیہ اس کو فوری طور پر یقینی بنائے ۔
