Question

Are the Qadianis of today also considered apostates, given that they were born as non-believers? Should they be boycotted, or can we still have a relationship with them?

Answer

The Qadiani claims to be a Muslim while holding heretical beliefs. They label Muslims as infidels and market their religion under the name of Islam, using false interpretations to make their blasphemous doctrines seem Islamic. Such individuals are termed “Zindiq” in religious terminology. The level of disbelief associated with a Zindiq is extremely grave, and the entire Muslim community unanimously considers Qadianis to be the worst kind of infidels—Zindiq and “Kafir Muharib” (warrior infidels). Even if a hundred generations of Qadianis change, they will still be judged as Zindiq and apostates, not just ordinary infidels, because their crime of calling disbelief Islam and Islam disbelief will persist through their future generations.

In short, whether Qadianis have left Islam or were born into it, inheriting this disbelief, they all share the same ruling: that of apostates and Zindiq. Their crime is not just about abandoning Islam but also about labeling Islam as disbelief and their faith as Islam, a transgression found in every Qadiani.

All schools of thought agree that engaging in trade, communication, greetings, socializing, eating and drinking, participating in weddings and funerals, offering condolences, visiting the sick, and cooperating with Qadianis is strictly prohibited and forbidden in Islamic law. Completely boycotting Qadianis is a significant means of compelling them to repent and is a crucial source for their reform and guidance, as well as a primary religious duty of every Muslim, demonstrating love for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Therefore, having any kind of relationship with a follower of Mirza (Qadiani) is not permissible. And Allah knows best.
