Question
A Muslim and a Qadian are involved in business and a third person knows that a Muslim and a Qadian are involved in business, yet that person buys something from one of the two Muslims. Now, is it permissible to buy it from this Muslim or not?
Answer
It should be noted that the Qadiani are in the order of Zandiq and Murtad, they declare themselves to be Muslims, and the true Muslims who do not recognize Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani as a prophet are considered infidels, and it is permissible to have any kind of social relationship with them. No, therefore partnering with a Qadiani is not permissible in Sharia, and is also against the honor of faith.
In case of responsibility, first of all, the said Muslim should be made to understand that he should immediately terminate his business partnership with Qadiani.
And if this Muslim person does not end the business relationship with the Qadiani despite telling the problem, then we should avoid buying and selling from such a person. The goods bought or sold from this person will be lawful, but it is still permissible to avoid it.
Fateh al-Bari” is in:
(His statement: Chapter on what is permissible regarding abandonment of someone who disobeys.)
He intended by this translation to explain permissible abandonment, because the general prohibition is specific to someone who does not have a legitimate reason for abandoning him. So here the reason that justifies abandonment is explained, which is someone who has committed a sin, and it is permissible for someone who finds out about it to abandon him for it so that he will stop it .
