It is certain that the spiritual and physical powers of the Prophets (peace be upon them) are absolutely flawless and superior to the powers of ordinary people. Yes, they may temporarily suffer from certain diseases such as fever, headache, etc., but this will not happen. Mirza Qadiani writes that the Prophets (peace be upon them) were suffering from such deadly diseases that would take them to the grave.

God Almighty gave me the good news that I will keep you safe from every evil disease (Khazain Vol. 17, p. 419)

Elsewhere he writes mentioning his inspiration. O Mirza, we have taken care of your health.

(Ref. p. 806)

But despite this divine promise and contract of protection, Mirza Qadiani had many diseases and counting his diseases is not an easy task. Some of them are as follows:

Dizziness and frequent urination:

I have two diseases, one of the upper body and one of the lower body, i.e. meditation and excessive urination.

(Appendixes Vol. 4 p. 445. Treasures Vol. 17 p. 470)

Hysteria and meditation:

He used to say that I have hysteria, and sometimes he used to say that he was melancholic.

Memory destruction:

My memory is bad, even if I meet someone many times, I forget it… I have such a bad memory that I can’t describe it.

(Maktubat Ahmadiyya, Part V, p. 31)

My Opia:

Hazrat Mirza Sahib had myopia in his eyes, so he could not see the moon on the first night.

(Sirat al-Mahdi, Part III, p. 119)

Impotence:

When I got married again, for a while I was convinced that I was impotent (then whose trust and support was the marriage and how did the children come soon after the marriage? Narrator)

(Letters of Ahmadiyya Vol. V p. 21 No. 2)

Nervous weakness:

All the sufferings of Hazrat Mirza Sahib such as headache, headache, lack of sleep, fatigue, indigestion, diarrhoea, excessive urination and thirst etc. had only one cause and that was nervous weakness.
