Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the righteous servants
On September 7, 1974, after a long struggle, great patience, and countless sacrifices, it was decided to constitutionally declare the Qadianis and Lahoris as a non-Muslim minority in the Parliament of Pakistan, who attacked the position of the end of Prophethood. These rebel groups of Holy Prophet (PBUH) never recognized themselves as a non-Muslim minority, but left no stone unturned in defaming the Constitution of Pakistan, scholars and the Pakistani nation at every forum abroad. From this point of view, they are rebels and deniers of the constitution of Pakistan and according to international law, there can be no rights for the rebels of a country’s constitution and constitution in this country. But Pakistan is such an abandoned country. In which the rebels of its constitution are not only rewarded with key positions, but the government of the day is always willing and ready to subvert its own constitution and laws in order to gain their blessing and pleasure. That’s why Punjab Law Minister Nawzbullah! Muslims try to convince them, sometimes the Federal Law Minister makes nefarious and despicable efforts to give them relief and concessions.
As a result of a decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was declared deprived of the prime ministership and ineligible for politics. The law was passed that a person disqualified by the court can become the party head and under the guise of election reforms in 2017 some responsibilities of the government circles to benefit the Qadianis and Lahoris and to prove themselves as secular to the members of all the houses. The officials were so subtle that the elders of the Senate and the National Assembly did not get wind of it, as it was written in detail in the previous editorial that the “Affidavit” in the nomination form of the members of the Assembly was ” 7-B and 7-C were also deleted by section 241 of the Election Reforms Act, 2017. When there was protest and public backlash, the government hastily and after a gap of one day restored the nomination form to the old format and 7-B and 7-C were also exempted from Article 241. . A great noise was made and an attempt was made to convince the public that this had happened unconsciously and it was said to find out who is responsible for it. He should be fired. Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif also demanded, a three-member committee was formed on this, its report was given to Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, but the report of the committee has not been made public yet, but now it is a matter of boldness and boldness. It is being said that the report of this committee will not be made public nor will the people involved in it be exposed. Conscious people know and understand that all this is done with thought and every possible effort has been made to fool the public.
The head of the committee is now saying that the law has been fixed to a large extent, some work remains and it will be resolved in the next session of the National Assembly. Raja Zafar ul Haq said that the amendment to the election laws regarding the end of Prophethood was a trick, which the government has mostly resolved, the rest will be resolved in the upcoming National Assembly session. A few days ago, US senators wrote a letter to Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs saying that Pakistan is a concern for the Qadianis. On this occasion, Maulana Fazlur Rahman Sahib, Chairman of the Parliament’s Kashmir Committee, said that the Pakistani Foreign Ministry should be contacted by the US in favor of the Qadianis. The joint letter sent to the senators is actually a pressure on Pakistan, making it clear that Pakistan is a country of concern for the Qadianis. Pakistan has been subjected to external pressure on sensitive issues such as apocalypse and blasphemy, but according to recent reports, the entire nation is in a state of surprise over the letter sent by several American senators to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. . (Karachi Daily Times, October 30, 2017)
The mess that was made regarding the end of Prophethood law and which is very important to be rectified as soon as possible, is that according to Section 241 of the Election Act 2017, 8 laws already in force in the country related to the election have been declared null and void. The law “Conduct of General Election Order 2002” with the aforementioned provisions related to the Qadianis has also come under its influence, so the aforementioned provisions 7-B and 7-C were repealed, but due to the pressure of religious parties and the public. When the recent amendments were made to the Election Act 2017, as a result, the old sections 7-B and 7-C were not incorporated as new provisions by making them a formal part of the Election Act, nor were new section numbers allocated to them. However, at the end of sub-section (F) of the last mentioned section 241, it was added that the whole law shall be declared void, except sections 7-B and 7-CK, but the text of these sections is not written there. In this way, the text of these two provisions will not be included in the Election Act, so due to the absence of the text, when the book of Election Act 2017 is published or someone sees this reform bill on the net, it will contain 7-B and 7-C. shall not include the provisions of The result will be that when these provisions are not found in the Election Act, its enforcement and implementation will be difficult. While the situation is that there are more than three dozen provisions related to the voter list in the Election Act 2017, but there is no alternative to these two provisions related to the belief in the end of Prophethood, thus eliminating all the obstacles in the way of the Qadianis in the voter lists. have gone and now those Qadianis can easily write their names in the voter list of Muslims and there is no way to withdraw the names.
Therefore, it is necessary that the old sections 7-B and 7-C should be included in the Election Act, 2017 as new sections 37-A and 37-B respectively and the whole text which was in the earlier law should be replaced. It should be written down, and the required form etc. should also be maintained.
What is the reason that when a country was built on the basis of the ideology of Islam and every member of the assembly swears in his nomination papers that I will be faithful to the declaration made by the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, that Pakistan is an Islamic state of social justice. There will be a democratic state based on principles, I will be loyal and loyal to Pakistan and I will protect and defend the sovereignty and integrity of Pakistan and that I will strive to uphold the Islamic ideology which is the foundation of the establishment of Pakistan. Despite this, as soon as he became a member of the assembly and a minister, he not only opposes every sentence and every letter of this oath, but he considers it his right. is doing or is hollowing the foundations of the integrity and security of Pakistan. This is the reason why the draft of the Election Act 2017 is presented later in the legislative bodies and sent to their masters first for approval.
Any intelligent and sane person should be asked whether this act is a proof of loyalty to Pakistan and the founder of Pakistan or disloyalty. And to call the group that has been constitutionally and constitutionally declared a non-Muslim minority Muslim or to give them privileges to please the rebels of the constitution is not burying the Islamic ideology and betraying the constitution and the constitution. Does he not deserve to be dismissed from the ministry and prosecuted for rebellion and treason against the constitution?!
When the court disqualified Nawaz Sharif, the government showed such a move to make him qualified in front of the court that within a week he passed the law that the person disqualified by the court can become the party chief, but for almost two months. The whole nation is protesting that the loophole that has been deliberately left in the Election Act 2017 regarding the belief in the apocalypse should be fixed quickly. The Pakistani nation has been misled? It is on record that the Federal Minister of Law, Mr. Yes He played this game with the blessing of the outside masters at the behest of Oz.
Basair and Ibri had already written that the news came through the media that the Islamabad High Court, while hearing the case in the case of Hazrat Maulana Allah Wasaya Sahib, has restored all the laws repealed by Section 241 of the Election Act 2017 and the federal government on November 29 The answer has been ordered to be entered, you should also see this news:
The Islamabad High Court restored the 8 laws that were abolished in the Election Act 2017 related to the termination of Prophethood, suspended Section 241 of the new Act and issued a notice to the Federation, while also calling for the sealed report of the Raja Zafarul Haq Investigation Committee. . All the religious parties, including the International Council for the Protection of Khatman Nabubat, the Muttahida Tehreek Khatman Nabubat Coordination Committee, welcomed the decision of the Islamabad High Court and paid tribute to Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui. Islamabad High Court judge Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui heard the petition of Maulana Allah Wasaya against the amendment of the Election Act. Hafiz Arafat Advocate and Tariq Asad Advocate appeared for the petitioner, who argued that under Section 241 of the Election Act, 2017, 8 electoral laws in force in the country have been repealed. In this way, among the previous laws, the clauses related to end of prophethood have also been cancelled. This action is against the Constitution of Pakistan, because the Constitution of Pakistan does not allow anyone to legislate against the fundamental human rights and Islamic teachings, so the Election Act 2017 should be declared null and void. On behalf of the federal government, the Deputy Attorney General appeared in the court and took the position that the government is going towards the election through the Electoral Reforms Bill, so the court should not suspend the Electoral Reforms Bill without hearing the federal government, because if the Election Act If suspended, it will create chaos in the country. Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui remarked that even if the sky thunders, it does not matter. The Supreme Court restored the 8 previous election laws repealed under Section 241 of the Election Act, 2017. In its written decision, the court clarified that abolishing the entire laws under Section 241 of the new Act would be against the Constitution, therefore, the old provisions related to abolition of prophethood are being restored in the Election Act 2017. This order shall not apply to the remaining provisions of the Election Act. It should be noted that Islamabad High Court has restored the 8 laws of the end of Prophethood, among them Electoral Rules Act 1974, Constituency Act 1974, Senate Election Act 1975, Public Representation Act 1976, Election Commission Order 2002, Political Parties Order. 2002 and Election Marks Allotment Order 2002 are included. The decree will not apply to the remaining provisions of the Election Act, 2017. The petitioner had also requested to submit a report on the statistics of Qadianis working in government departments, on which the court asked the federal government for a report within 14 days. Meanwhile, the Ameer of the World Council of Protection of Khatnam Nabub, Maulana Dr. Abdul Razzaq Iskandar, Deputy Amir Maulana Aziz Ahmed, Maulana Hafiz Nasiruddin Khakwani, Nazim Aala Maulana Azizur Rahman Jalandhri, Maulana Allah Wasaya, Maulana Muhammad Akram Tofani, Maulana Muhammad Ejaz Mustafa, Maulana Muhammad Ismail. Shujaabadi, Maulana Qazi Ehsan Ahmed and others in their joint statement welcomed the decision of the Islamabad High Court as bold and said that all the religious parties in the whole country are raising their voice of protest against the Election Act, they said. That the government should realize the seriousness of the problem and determine and punish those responsible for this heinous conspiracy. The government is still adopting the attitude of disloyalty and disloyalty to the problem of end of prophethood. After the court decision, the governmentInstead of fleeing, the matter should be resolved immediately in respect of the feelings of the Muslims of Pakistan, while the United Tehreek-e-Khatm-e-Nawabuat Coordination Committee, while welcoming the decision, said that the long period related to the deletion of the doctrine of the end of Nabuwat from the election affidavit. The dangerous conspiracy that started, the decision of the Islamabad High Court has started to break this conspiracy. Abdul Latif Khalid Cheema, the convener of Khatman-e-Nabuwat Coordination Committee and Secretary General of Majlis Ahrar-e-Islam, termed this interim court action as a good omen and described it as the success of Khatman-e-Nabuwat movement and said that by attacking the belief of Khatman-e-Nabuwat, it is a thief for the Qadianis. The League rulers who opened the door and the perpetrators of this crime will still be unsuccessful and useless as before.
After this historic decision of the court, the National Assembly has approved the bill prepared by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (in which 7-B and 7-C have been added) and it has also been passed by the Senate. It is hoped that the President of Pakistan will soon sign it and make it a part of the law. For the purpose of general information, the original draft of this bill and its Urdu translation are offered to the readers:
