Respected Viewers! I am Irfan Mahmood Barq, who has sent countless curses upon the Qadiani sect and accepted Islam. A few months ago, under the Islamabad High Court Bar Association regarding the finality of Prophethood, a significant Tajdar-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwat conference was organized in honor of the Finality of Prophethood (PBUH).
Alhamdulillah, they invited me to give a speech. I spoke in detail about the Qadianiat for an hour, I briefed the people about the attributes of the belief of the Finality of Prophethood (PBUH) and its significance.
During my speech, a lawyer was there who asked me a question. He asked,
“Sir, what is the reason that Qadianis are not given any kind of rights? In Pakistan, they do not have their fundamental rights, they do not have religious freedom. They do not have permission to build their places of worship. They are not allowed to wear the badge of the Kalima Tayyiba (First Kalima). They are not allowed to call themselves Muslims. They cannot preach their religion. They cannot promote it. They cannot convey their ideas to the people and convey their messages. They are restricted under section 298C under which imprisonment is punished; what does this mean if not oppression?”
I told him that you are not raising a new question. It arose back in 1984 when Zia-ul-Haq enacted the Imtena-e-Qadianiat Ordinance, under which all the Qadianis activities in which they declare themselves Muslims were prohibited. So, at that time, this law was formally enacted.
Now, at that time, the Qadianis came Supreme Court in Islamabad with their grievances. This is a well-known case, (Zaheer Ud Deen Banaam Sarkaar) in 1993. If you study the SCMR, the matter will become clear.
There, the Qadianis stated the same argument that all people, all schools of thought, and all religions in the world have permission to convey their preaching and invitations to others. This is their fundamental right. So, why is this basic right not given to Qadianis in Pakistan?
If you read that decision, the decision that I have shared with you. In that decision, the full bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the five judges made this decision. In it, they wrote,
“The Qadianis say that, ‘We have our fundamental rights in Pakistan. That’s why permission should be granted to us to preach our religion. So, why are you stopping us?’”
The judges wrote this decision; they said “Yes, this is right that all religions in the world have the fundamental right to practice their faith and they can preach it.” It is written that “But deceiving someone is not considered a fundamental right.”
So, I said, this is exactly what we say, brother, the Qadianis deceive themselves, they deceive Muslims, they are the worst infidels in the universe.
They say we are Muslims; Mirza Qadiani, the deceiver, claimed, “I am the prophet of Allah.”
He said, “The soul of the Prophet (PBUH) left from his grave and entered into me in Qadian.” (Nauzu Billah). Tell me, is someone who claims this is considered to be a Muslim? The deceiver (Mirza Qadiani) claimed, “My words are like the Quran.”
(Nauzu Billah).
Tell me, the one who claims such things can be considered to be a Muslim? Mirza Qadiani said, “Those things I say are similar to the sayings of the Prophet (PBUH).”
(Nauzu Billah).
Tell me, is someone who says this is considered to be a Muslim? He said,
“My family is the Ahl-e-Bayt of the Prophet (PBUH).”
(Nauzu Billah).
Tell me, if someone makes such a claim, is he considered to be a Muslim? Mirza Qadiani said,
“My companions are the honorable companions (Sahaba).”
(Nauzu Billah).
Mirza Qadiani said, “What I say is all part of the religion, cursing Allah, insulting Prophets is a part of the religion.”
(Nauzu Billa, Nauzu Billah, Nauzu Billah).
Tell me, is this the religion? Is someone who says this is considered to be a Muslim? So, when he is not considered to be a Muslim, the courts have made decisions on this, and the Islamic court has also rendered its verdicts, the high courts have made their decisions, and our parliament has officially agreed to this treaty.
They accepted that Qadianis are not Muslims; so why do they call themselves Muslims and preach their deceitful faith.” So, tell me, is it their fundamental right?
The Supreme Court of Pakistan rightly stated that deceiving anyone is not a fundamental right because the issues of Qadianis are not similar to those of other minorities. Hindus and Sikhs will preach their religion by calling themselves Hindus and Sikhs. Christians will preach it by calling themselves Christians.
Qadiani is the worst infidel in the universe. He will preach his false views, and his baseless ideology in the name of Islam, by invoking Allah’s name and the name of His Prophet (PBUH). So, we will not allow this under any circumstances.
The decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan is right that deceiving someone is not anyone’s fundamental right.
Thank You.
