Assalam Alaikum viewers, our topic for today is Qadiani donation. Since I have been related to Qadiani Jamaat, I want to explain the facts behind this very important topic. Ahmadiyyat is the Money Making Business of Mirza Family i.e. Qadianit which is Mirza Qadiani and his descendants have made a money making business. If we go back in history, go a little earlier and see and study that Mirza Qadiani made donation obligatory on his followers or those who believe or worship him. And there are many kinds of donations in which there are different Shariahs such as 6% or 10%. But he exempted his children from this donation, that is, this tax. It is mandatory for every Qadiani that he must give this donation, which has mandatory details. Mandatory contribution is 16 times the amount. Apart from this, their contribution is annual. Also there are different movements. There are 55 types of movements in which they say the movement is called modern, one is called welfare modern, one is their contribution to MPA, as well as all the constructions that are happening in different countries. They take these donations in the name of the office bearers who have houses or their offices. Well, it is mandatory if a person has to live as a Qadiani and he wants to be a Qadiani, then this donation tax is mandatory on him and it is imposed on him. If he does not give, then he is not kept in their group. And one of them has a term which is called “sincere Ahmadi”. So the hallmark of a sincere Ahmadi is that he is a donor. Even if one does not give charity and his record of giving charity is not complete, it is difficult for him to get married in Qadian religion if he is male and earner. Donations should be given by everyone, whether they are rich or poor, have a job, are employed, have a job or are not employed.
Even I was reading in Al-Fazl, a newspaper of his, that Mirza Masroor, the current caliph of the Qadianis, went on a trip to a foreign country, and his women’s organization “Lachna” was there. He asked whether such and such a woman, who is currently in Qadiyani and in jail, we can take donations from her or not. So Mirza Masroor said that yes, if it is taken, then it is appropriate to give as much as you want. You can judge how cruel this system is. And those people, especially those who go above the asylum, go to different countries of Europe and take political asylum, religious asylum there, they get a very little allowance for their living, which fulfills their daily needs. It is also required on them that they will contribute on it and pay taxes on it and if they do not, their asylum case is not approved and they are taken through various stages including That they have to apologize and ask for a written apology.
This donation which is collected, take the example of Pakistan, their parties collect it from different cities and this is their center which is in Chenabnagar, which they call Rabwa, it goes there and from there this donation goes outside the country goes to London. And recently it has been discussed in the media that the Qadianis had built offshore companies in London. And in the Panama Papers, the names of Mirza Masroor and his family members, who are the beneficiaries of these offshore companies, that is, the directors of the offshore companies, have been mentioned. So the donation which is forcibly taken from the poor Qadianis goes from here to London and from London it goes to these offshore companies. Now the question arises that the donations taken from the Qadianis in the name of serving their religion or doing good deeds were spent for the personal use of the people of Mirza Rayal family for their luxuries. Even Mirza Masroor’s horse stables in London, for the stables that he has hired as managers, he has 25,000 pounds as salary which he pays because it is a Qadiani Jamaat in London which is a charity organization. And there is no tax on charity organization. So there is no reason to keep this money in an offshore company.
Since I have been associated with the Qadiani Jamaat, I can say based on my experience that no Qadiani Ahmadi would dare to ask his caliph Mirza Masroor whether he should donate his blood and sweat. If so, where is the money being given to the Jamaat and why are they investing the money in Mirza Masroor and Mirza family’s offshore companies.
And if any Qadiani or Ahmadi dares to ask this question to their caliph Mirza Masroor, they will be boycotted. It will be opposed. Efforts will be made to silence him. Even he can be forcibly expelled from Qadiani Jamaat. The fact is that Qadiani Ahmadis do not give these donations from their heart. These donations are taken from them by force. Although this is their basic right, they can use this money for the betterment of their children and their families.
I would like to ask the Qadianis to get out of this cruel system which they themselves consider to be a cruel system and search for the truth and return to the truth and embrace Islam.
السلام علیکم ناظرین اج کا ہمارا موضوع ہے قادیانی چندہ .چونکہ میرا تعلق قادیانی جماعت سے رہا ہے اس لیے میں چاہتا ہوں کہ اس انتہائی اہم موضوع کے پس پردہ حقائق بیان کروں .احمدیت اس منی میکنگ بزنس اف مرزا فیملی یعنی قادیانیت جو ہے وہ مرزا قادیانی اور اس کی اولاد نے پیسے کمانے کا ایک دھندہ بنایا ہوا ہے۔ اگر ہم تاریخ میں جائیں کچھ پہلے جائیں اور دیکھیں اسٹڈی کریں کہ مرز ا قادیانی نے اپنے ماننے والوں پر یا وہ لوگ جو اس کو مانتے ہیں یا بیت کرتے ہیں ان کے اوپر چندہ لازمی قرار دیا تھا۔اور کئی طرح کے چندے ہیں جس میں مختلف شرعی ہیں کہ چھ فیصد ہے 10 فیصد ہے۔مگر اس نے اپنی اولاد کو اس چندہ یعنی کہ اس ٹیکس سے مستثنی قرار دیا ۔
ہر قادیانی کے لیے لازمی ہے کہ وہ یہ چندہ ضرور دے گا، جس میں لازمی چند ا جات ہے. لازمی چندہ جو ہوتا ہے وہ امد کا ایک بٹا 16 ہوتا ہے. اس کے علاوہ ان کا چندہ جلسہ سالانہ ہے. اس کے علاوہ مختلف تحریکات ہیں. جو 55 قسم کی تحریکات ہیں جس میں کہتے ہیں تحریک جدید کہلاتا ہے، ایک ویلفیر جدید کہلاتا ہے ، ایک ان کا ایم پی اے کا چندہ ہے ، اسی طرح ان کی جو جتنی بھی کنسٹرکشنز ہو رہی ہوتی ہیں مختلف ممالک میں ان کے جو عبادت گاہیں ہیں یا ان کے جو افس بیررز کے افسز ہیں ان کے نام کے اوپر یہ چندہ لیتے ہیں.اور مختلف ایونٹس میں بھی لیتے ہیں .اچھا یہ لازمی ہے اگر کسی شخص نے قادیانی رہنا ہے اور وہ قادیانی رہنا چاہتا ہے تو اس کے اوپر یہ چندہ ٹیکس لازمی ہے اور اس کے اوپر یہ ٹھونسا جاتا ہے. اگر وہ نہیں دیتا تو اس کو ان کی جماعت میں نہیں رکھا جاتا.اور ایک ان کے ہاں ایک اصطلاح ہوتی ہے جس کو کہتے ہیں کہ مخلص احمدی. تو مخلص احمدی کی پہچان یہ ہوتی ہے کہ وہ چندہ دینے والا ہوتا ہے . یہاں تک کہ اگر کوئی چندہ نہیں دیتا اور اس کے چندہ دینے کا ریکارڈ پورا نہیں ہے تو اس کی قادیانی مذہب میں شادی ہونا بھی مشکل ہے اگر وہ مرد ہے اور کمانے والا ہے. چندہ ہر ایک نے دینا ہے امیر ہیں ،غریب ہیں ،نوکری ہے، ملازم پیشہ ہے یا نوکری نہیں ہے چند لازمی ہر حال میں دینا ہے.
یہاں تک کہ میں الفضل ان کی ایک اخبار ہے اس میں پڑھ رہا تھا کہ قادیانیوں کے موجودہ خلیفہ میں مرزا مسرور، وہ کسی باہر کے ملک کے دورے پہ گئے تو وہاں پہ ان کی جو عورتوں کی تنظیم ہوتی ہے “لچنا”. انہوں نے سوال کیا کہ حضور فلاں عورت اس وقت جو قا یانی ہے اور جیل میں ہے کیا اس سے چندہ لیا جا سکتا ہے یا نہیں ؟تو مرزا مسرور نے یہ کہا کہ ہاں اگر لے لیا جائے تو مناسب ہے جتنا مرضی دے دے. اپ اس سے اندازہ کریں کہ کس حد تک یہ ظالمانہ نظام ہے. اور جو لوگ خاص کر کے جو لوگ اسائلم کے اوپر جاتے ہیں یورپ کے مختلف ممالک میں جا کے وہاں پہ سیاسی پناہ، مذہبی پناہ لیتے ہیں ان کو اپنے گزارے کے لیے بہت تھوڑا سا الاؤنس ملتا ہے جس سے اپنا بودوباش اور روزمرہ کی ضروریات پوری کرتے ہیں. ان کے اوپر بھی لازم ہے کہ وہ اس کے اوپر بھی چندہ دیں گے اس کے اوپر بھی ٹیکس دیں گے اور اگر وہ نہیں دیتے تو ان کی اسائلم کیس اپروو نہیں کیا جاتا اور ان کو مختلف مراحل سے گزارا جاتا ہے جس میں یہاں تک ہے کہ ان کو معافی مانگنی پڑتی ہے اور تحریری معافی مانگنی پڑتی ہے.یہ چندہ جو جمع کیا جاتا ہے، پاکستان کی مثال لے لیں مختلف شہروں سے ان کی جماعتوں سے جمع ہو کے یہ ان کے مرکز جو چناب نگر میں ہے جس کو یہ ربوا کہتے ہیں یہ وہاں جاتا ہے اور وہاں سے یہ چندہ ملک سے باہر لندن جاتا ہے. اور ابھی حالیہ یہ میڈیا میں بھی یہ بات ائی ہے کہ قادیانیوں نے اف شور کمپنیاں بنائی ہوئی تھی لندن میں اور یہ پناما پیپرز میں بھی مرزا مسرور اور اس کے خاندان کے لوگوں کے نام ائے ہیں جن جو کہ اس اف شورز کمپنیز کے بینیفیشلز ہیں یعنی کہ اف شورز کمپنیز کے ڈائریکٹرز ہیں. تو جو چندہ غریب قادیانیوں سے زبردستی لیا جاتا ہے وہ چندہ یہاں سے لندن جاتا ہے اور لندن سے پھر وہ ان اف شورز کمپنیز میں جاتا ہے. اب سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ جو چندہ یہ لیتے ہیں قادیانیوں سے اس نام پر کہ یہ اپنے مذہب کی خدمت کریں گے یا کوئی اچھے کام کریں گے تو وہ مرزا رایل فیملی کے لوگوں کے ذاتی استعمال کے لیے ان کی عیاشیوں کے لیے خرچ ہوتا ہے. یہاں تک کہ مرزا مسرور کے لندن میں جو گھوڑوں کے استبل ہیں، ان کے استبل کے لیے جو انہوں نے مینیجر رکھے ہوئے ہیں ان کی 25 25 ہزار پاؤنڈ تنخواہیں ہیں جو کہ وہ دیتے ہیں کیونکہ یہ ایک لندن میں قادیانی جماعت جو ہے چیرٹی ارگنائزیشن ہے اور چیرٹی ارگنائزیشن کے اوپر کوئی ٹیکس نہیں ہوتا. تو اس لیے اف شور کمپنی میں یہ پیسہ رکھنے کا کوئی ریزن نہیں ہے.
چونکہ میرا قادیانی جماعت سے تعلق رہا ہے اس لیے میں اپنے تجربے کی بنیاد پر یہ بات کہہ سکتا ہوں کہ کوئی قادیانی احمدی اول تو اپنے خلیفہ مرزا مسرور سے یہ سوال کرنے کی جرات نہیں کر سکتا کہ وہ اپنے خون پسینے کی کمائی جو چندے کی صورت میں جماعت کو دے رہا ہے وہ پیسہ کہاں لگ رہا ہے اور وہ پیسہ مرزا مسرور اور مرزا فیملی اف شور کمپنیز میں کیوں لگا رہی ہیں.
اور اگر کوئی قادیانی یا احمدی ہمت کر کے اپنے خلیفہ مرزا مسرور سے یہ سوال پوچھ بھی لیتا ہے تو اس کا بائیکاٹ کیا جائے گا. اس کی مخالفت کی جائے گی. اسے خاموش کرانے کی کوشش کی جائے گی. یہاں تک کہ اس کا قادیانی جماعت سے جبری اخراج بھی کیا جا سکتا ہے.حقیقت یہ ہے کہ قادیانی احمدی اپنے دل سے یہ چندے نہیں دیتے .یہ چندے ان سے زبردستی لیے جاتے ہیں. حالانکہ یہ ان کا بنیادی حق ہے یہ پیسہ وہ اپنے بچوں اپنے خاندان کی بہتری پر لگا سکتے ہیں
میں قادیانیوں سے کہنا چاہوں گا کہ وہ اس ظالمانہ نظام سے باہر ائیں جس کو وہ خود بھی ایک ظالمانہ نظام سمجھتے ہیں اور حقیقت کی جستجو کریں اور حقیقت کی طرف لوٹکے ائیں اور اسلام کی اغوش میں ا جائیں.
