Question
A Qadiani lives in Germany, he has sent money to a Muslim relative in Pakistan for sacrifice, to take a goat there and sacrifice it, is it halal or haram for us to eat?
Answer
It should be clear that the Qadiani sect is an apostate and a heretic, which considers itself to be a Muslim and the people of Islam who do not believe Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani to be a prophet are infidels; Therefore, it is a unanimous fatwa of all the schools of thought that buying and selling, trading, dealing with Qadianis/Mirzais, salutations, meeting, eating and drinking, attending weddings and funerals, attending funerals, condoling, visiting, cooperating with them or All employments are strictly prohibited and haram in Islamic Shari’ah. A complete boycott of the Qadianis is a great remedy in making them repent and a great means of reforming and guiding them and is the first religious duty of every Muslim and a sign of love for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. It is not right to sacrifice for him by taking his money.
An earlier fatwa of the Jamia (on which there is a correction and confirmation by the Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Mufti Wali Hasan Khan Tonki may Allah have mercy on him) reads:
“It is absolutely useless to give aid to the Qadiani in the case of responsibility; Because it is in the Holy Qur’an: { Al-Tawbah] And Qadiani, who is a disbeliever, a warrior and a miscreant, and he considers himself a Muslim despite being a non-Muslim, and considers other Muslims to be disbelievers, and through this aid to the Muslims Allures towards Qadianism; Therefore, it will not be permissible for a Muslim to take the help of this godless Qadiani; Because by accepting the help of this godless Qadiani, you have to honor this godless Qadiani, and an infidel is not worthy of respect.
