You may have heard an example that the dead speak, tearing the shroud. The same account applies to Rabwa Times; he has posted an article on his page titled ‘All Rights of Islam are Reserved’. After a lengthy preamble and explaining what it means for rights to be reserved, he criticizes the decisions of the constitution of Pakistan by stating that all the rights of Islam have also been reserved in Pakistan, as if he himself invented Islam and no one else is permitted to follow Islam without the permission of Pakistan’s constitution.
Yes, you understood correctly that all rights of Islam are protected. It’s just a misunderstanding that these rights are only protected in the Constitution of Pakistan; this is merely your enmity towards Pakistan and the Pakistani constitution. If you do not even acknowledge the constitution, then by what means do the followers of Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani demand rights for minorities?
All rights of Islam are entirely protected, but these rights are preserved in the Quran and Hadith, and Allah Himself has safeguarded the entirety of these rights in the Quran. Haven’t you read it?
انا نحن نزلنا الذکر وانا لہ لحافظون
“Indeed, We sent down the Quran, and indeed, We will be its guardian.”
Surah Al-Hijr, Verse 9
And if you haven’t read it, then open the Holy Quran and read that we are the ones who revealed this reminder, the Quran, and we are its protectors. Now, it is Allah’s will that He protects His religion through various means and methods:
sometimes by having the Companions preserve the Quran in written form, sometimes by erasing the false scholars and their company from existence through the hands of the Companions, sometimes by preserving the Quran in people’s hearts, and sometimes through the Constitution of Pakistan.
You explained the meaning and purpose of all rights reserved, but some things were omitted from it. Please make sure to point out these things; all rights are not just associated with a company’s product, but inventions also have all rights reserved, theories have all rights reserved, and religions also have all rights reserved. If someone discovers something, they also have all rights, and those rights are preserved.
The inventor of the parachute is a Spanish astronomer, Abbas Ibn Firnas. The inventor of algebra is Al-Khwarizmi; similarly, Newton, Graham Bell, Marconi, Edison, etc., have patents for electricity, bulbs, telephones, etc. Mirza Qadiani cannot claim these as his because all rights are held by those who invented these things.
Similarly, if you presented the theory of humans evolving from monkeys among your loved ones, all rights to that theory are preserved with him; Mirza Sahib cannot say that this theory is my invention.
Similarly, if you have any property, all rights to it are reserved for you; Mirza Ghulam Qadiani cannot claim that the property belongs to him. Likewise, if there is an author or a poet, all rights to their works are reserved for them; no one can claim someone else’s works as their own. Mirza cannot say that it is my work.
Now let us turn to Islam. Islam has told us that the God of the universe, the Creator, is Allah. No one can say that God’s name is Kala, Kaalu, Yilash, or Mirza Qadiani (God forbid), who created the entire universe. Meanwhile, your Mirza Qadiani claims that God’s name is Yilash, Kala, and Kaalu, and also that he has created the earth and the heavens (God forbid).
The attribute of “Kun” (Be) belongs only to Allah, for when He commands “Kun,” it comes into being. Now, no one else can claim that they possess the power of “Kun,” while Mirza asserts that he also has the power of “Kun,” and when he says “Kun,” it becomes so. However, it is remarkable that Mirza Qadiani kept saying “Kun” for Muhammadi Begum throughout his life, yet she did not come into being.
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.” This verse was revealed for the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that he is a mercy for the worlds.
“Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are fierce against the disbelievers.” This verse was revealed about the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), who was called Muhammad and Messenger. Mirza claims that this was revealed to him; my name is Muhammad and Messenger (God forbid).
The Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), while Mirza says it was revealed to him and in Qadian. (God forbid)
These are just a few examples; otherwise, Mirza Qadiani has tried to hijack the entire Islam. He even claims that he himself is Muhammad the Messenger of Allah (God forbid), and he declared everyone outside his community as disbelievers. Did all the rights of Islam rest with Mirza?
Now tell me, all these rights are the complete rights of Islam that are safeguarded. No one can say that he is God, nor can anyone say that God is black, dark, or slim, nor can anyone say that he himself is Muhammad, nor can anyone say that the Quran was revealed upon him. You must be deceiving people; the meaning of all rights being safeguarded is that no one can be a Muslim here and cannot practice Islam.
Lying has turned the entire Mirzaiyyat as dark as a hot plate. There is some shame, there is some modesty, dear Rabwa Times. Why don’t you mention the remaining points that Mirza Qadiani made an attempt to plunder Islam in this way?
According to you in Pakistan, no one can claim to be a Muslim without the permission of the Constitution of Pakistan, which is merely your deceit; otherwise, in any country in the world, no one can call themselves a Muslim unless they accept Islam.
So can someone in your USA, Canada, Germany, or England claim to be the Promised Messiah and call themselves a Muslim while deeming everyone else enough? If someone does that, will you believe them while cursing Mirza and Mirza Masroor? If not, then why not? Are all rights of Mirzais protected? If outside Pakistan someone claims to be a Caliph of Islam and declares Mirza as a liar, will you accept them after cursing Mirza Masroor? If not, then why not? Are all rights (according to your claim) of being a Caliph of Islam protected by Mirza Masroor?
If a Christian or Jew in Germany were to rename their religion to Islam and declare all Ahmadis as Christians, Jews, and infidels, would you accept that? Would you abandon your religion and join theirs? If not, then why not? All your rights in Islam are secure with you.
Can anyone now, like Mirza Qadiani, stage a pretense of communicating with their god, become pregnant, endure labor for ten months, and then claim to be the Promised Messiah? Can anyone declare themselves the Promised Messiah by urinating a hundred times a day and performing ablutions? Will you then accept Mirza as the Promised Messiah after cursing him? If not, then why not? Suppose you are not willing to give anyone your rights of urination, defecation, labor pains, and ten-month pregnancy. How can we allow anyone to infringe upon our religious rights?

اور اگر نہیں پڑھا ہو تو قران پاک کھول کے پڑھ لیجئے گا کہ ہم نے ہی اس ذکر یعنی قران کو نازل کیا اور ہم ہی اس کی حفاظت کرنے والے ہیں۔ اب یہ اللہ پاک کی مرضی وہ مختلف طریقوں اور تدبیروں سے اپنے دین کی حفاظت فرماتا ہے، کبھی وہ صحابہ کرام سے قران کو کتابی شکل میں محفوظ کروا کر، کبھی وہ مجھ سے علماء کذاب اینڈ کمپنی کو صفحہ ہستی سے صحابہ کرام کے ہاتھوں مٹا کر ،کبھی وہ قران کو سینوں میں محفوظ کروا کر، کبھی وہ ائین پاکستان کے ذریعے۔
اپ نے جملہ حقوق محفوظ ہونے کا مطلب اور مقصد بیان کیا لیکن اس میں سے کچھ چیزیں کھا گئے۔ اس کی وجہ سے ضرور بتائیے گا چیزوں کی نشاندہی میں کرتا ہوں، جملہ حقوق صرف کسی کمپنی کی پروڈکٹ کے نہیں ہوتے، ایجادات کے بھی جملہ حقوق محفوظ ہوتے ہیں، نظریات کے بھی جملہ حقوق محفوظ ہوتے ہیں اور مذاہب کے بھی جملہ حقوق محفوظ ہوتے ہیں ۔کسی نے کوئی چیز دریافت کی تو اس کے بھی جملہ حقوق ہوتے ہیں اور محفوظ ہوتے ہیں۔
پیراشوٹ کا موجد سپین کا ایک ماہر فلکیات عباس ابن فرناس ہے۔ الجبرا کے موجد موسی الخوار زمی ہیں، اسی طرح نیوٹن ،گراہم بیل، مارکونی ،ایڈسن وغیرہ کی اعزازات بجلی، بلب ،ٹیلی فون وغیرہ، مرزا قادیانی ان کو اپنے نام نہیں کر سکتا کہ اس کے جملہ کو انہی کے پاس موجود ہیں ۔جنہوں نے ان چیزوں کو ایجاد کیا اسی طرح اپ لوگوں کے عزیز داروں میں بندر سے انسان بننے کا نظریہ پیش کیا تو اس کے جملہ حقوق اسی کے پاس محفوظ ہیں مرزا صاحب نہیں کہہ سکتے کہ یہ نظریہ میرا ایجاد کردہ ہے۔
اسی طرح اپ کی کوئی جائیداد ہے تو اس کے جملے حقوق اپ کے پاس محفوظ ہیں، مرزا غلام قادیانی نہیں کہہ سکتا کہ وہ جائیداد اس کی ہے۔ اسی طرح کوئی مصنف ہے ،شاعر ہے تو اس کی تصنیفات کے جملہ حقوق اس کے پاس محفوظ ہیں کوئی کسی کی تصنیفات کو اپنے نام نہیں کر سکتا۔ مرزا یہ نہیں کہہ سکتا کہ وہ میری تصنیف ہے۔
اب ائیے اسلام کی طرف۔ اسلام نے ہمیں بتایا کہ کائنات کا جو خدا ہے، اس کو بنانے والا ہے ،وہ اللہ ہے ۔اب کوئی یہ نہیں کہہ سکتا کہ خدا کا نام کالا، کالو یا یلاش یا مرزا قادیانی ہے (نعوذ باللہ )،جس نے ساری کائنات پیدا کی ۔جب کہ اپ کے مرزا قادیانی کہتے ہیں کہ خدا کا نام ی یلاش، کالا اور کالو ہے اور نیز زمین اسمان میں نے پیدا کیے ہیں (نعوذ باللہ)۔
کن کی صفت صرف اللہ پاک ہی ہے کہ وہ کن فرماتا ہے تو فیکون ہو جاتا ہے۔ اب کوئی اور یہ نہیں کہہ سکتا کہ کن کی طاقت اس کے پاس ہے جبکہ مرزا کہتا ہے کہ کن کی طاقت میرے پاس بھی ہے، میں کن کہتا ہوں تو فیکون ہو جاتا ہے۔ لیکن کمال ہے ساری زندگی مرزا قادیانی محمدی بیگم کے لیے کن کہتے رہے مگر وہ فیکون نہ ہوئی۔
‘ وما ارسلنا ک الا رحمت اللعالمین’ یہ ایت نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے نازل ہوئی ہے کہ اپ عالمین کے لیے رحمت ہیں۔
محمد رسول اللہ والزین معہ اشداء علی الکفار’۔ یہ ایت نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر نازل ہوئی انہیں کو محمد اور رسول فرمایا گیا ہے۔ مرزا کہتا ہے یہ مجھ پر نازل ہوئی ہے میرا نام محمد رسول ہے( نعوذ باللہ)۔
قران نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم پر نازل ہوا مرزا کہتا ہے مجھ پر نازل ہوا اور قادیان میں نازل ہوا۔ (نعوذ باللہ)
یہ صرف چند مثالیں ہیں ورنہ مرزا قادیانی نے پورے کے پورے اسلام کو ہائی جیک کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ اس کا دعوی کہ وہ خود محمد رسول اللہ ہے( نعوذ باللہ) اور اس نے اپنی جماعت کے علاوہ پورے ہاتھ میں اسلام کو کافر قرار دے دیا ہے۔ کیا اسلام کے جملہ حقوق مرزا کے پاس محفوظ تھے؟
اب مجھے بتائیں یہ تمام حقوق اسلام کے جملہ حقوق ہیں جو کہ محفوظ ہیں۔ نہ کوئی یہ کہہ سکتا ہے کہ وہ خدا ہے، نہ کوئی یہ کہہ سکتا ہے کہ خدا کالا ،کالو یا یلاش ہے، نہ کوئی یہ کہہ سکتا ہے کہ وہ خود محمد ہے ،نہ کوئی یہ کہہ سکتا ہے کہ قران اس پہ نازل ہوا۔ لوگوں کو دھوکہ دیتے ہو گے جملہ حقوق محفوظ ہونے سے مراد ہے کوئی مسلمان نہیں ہو سکتا یہاں اسلام پر عمل پیرا نہیں ہو سکتا ۔جھوٹ بول بول کے پوری مرزئیت توے کی طرح کالی ہو چکی ہے۔ کچھ شرم ہوتی ہے، کچھ حیا ہوتی ہے ربوا ٹائمز۔ یہ باقی باتیں کیوں نہیں بتاتے کہ مرزا قادیانی نے اسلام پر کہ اس کے اس طرح ڈاکہ ڈالنے کی کوشش کی ہے؟
پاکستان میں اپ کے مطابق تو ائین پاکستان کی اجازت کے بغیر کوئی خود کو مسلمان نہیں کہے گا سکتا جو کہ صرف تمہارا دجل ہے ورنہ دنیا کے کسی ملک میں کوئی بھی مسلمان نہیں کہلواسکتا جب تک وہ اسلام قبول نہ کرے۔ تو کیا اپ کے امریکہ، کینیڈا ،جرمنی ،انگلینڈ میں کوئی مسیح موعود ہونے کا دعوی کر کے خود کو مسلمان اور باقی سب کو کافی کہہ سکتا ہے؟ اگر کوئی ایسا کرے تو مرزا پر لعنت ڈال کے، مرزا مسرور پر لعنت ڈال کے اس کی بات مان لو گے؟ اگر نہیں تو کیوں نہیں؟ مرزئیوں کے جملہ حقوق کیا مرزئیوں کے پاس محفوظ ہیں؟ کیا پاکستان سے باہر کوئی خلیفہ اسلام ہونے کا دعوی کر کے مرزا مر سرور کو جھوٹا قرار دے دے تو مرزا مسرور پر لانا ڈال کے اس کے بعد مان لو گے؟ اگر نہیں تو کیوں نہیں ؟کیا خلیفہ اسلام (بقول تمہارے) ہونے کے سب حقوق مرزا مسرور کے پاس محفوظ ہیں؟
کیا جرمنی میں کوئی عیسائی یا یہودی خود اپنے مذہب کا نام اسلام پر رکھ کر تمام مرزائیوں کو عیسائی یہودی اور کافر کہہ دے تو کیا مان لو گے؟ کیا اپنا مذہب چھوڑ کے ان کے مذہب میں چلے جاؤ گے؟ اگر نہیں تو کیوں نہیں کیا؟ تمہارے اسلام کے جملہ حقوق تمہارے پاس محفوظ ہیں۔
کیا اب کوئی مرزا قادیانی کی طرح اپنے خدا سے رجولیت کروانے کا ڈھونگ رچا کر پھر حاملہ ہو کر دس ماہ کے بعد درد ذہ برداشت کر کے مسیح موعود ہونے کا دعوی کر سکتا ہے؟ کیا کوئی دن میں سو بار موتر شریف فرما کر اور دست پہ دست شریف بہا کر اس کو اپنے مسیح موعود ہونے کا معجزہ قرار دے سکتا ہے؟ کیا پھر مرزا پر چار حرف ڈال کر اسے مسیح موعود مان لو گے؟ اگر نہیں تو کیوں نہیں؟ کیا رجولیت موتر اور ٹٹی شریف کے جملہ حقوق مرزا قادیانی کے پاس محفوظ ہیں؟ تم لوگ اپنے موتر ٹٹیوں رجولیت درد ذہ اور دس ماہ کے حمل کے حقوق کسی کو دینے کو تیار نہیں تو ہم اپنے دین کے جملہ حقوق پر کیسے کسی کو ڈاکہ ڈالنے دیں گے؟
